Do you work at weekends and on public holidays?+
Yes. Our specialists work 24/7 and we can do the post-renovation clean at whatever time suits you — including before you move in or open the office.
How much does post-renovation cleaning cost?+
The price depends on the floor area, how dirty the site is and whether the renovation is fully finished. After photos or a site visit we prepare an estimate within one working day.
How do I know the work was actually done?+
Every site has a responsible site manager and all work is run through our own CRM system. Check-in and check-out confirm that staff were present, while the checkpoints confirm the quality of what was done.
What does post-renovation cleaning include?+
Removal of construction dust, residue and stains from floors, sills, radiators, sanitary rooms and other surfaces. The exact scope is agreed for the site — interior window cleaning can be included.
Does the renovation have to be fully finished?+
The best result is when the building work is done and the bulky debris has already been taken away. If something is still left, we note it in the proposal and agree it before we start.
How long does post-renovation cleaning take?+
Usually from a few hours to one or more days, depending on the area and how dirty it is. We give a timeframe together with the price estimate.
Are your services insured?+
Yes. We carry civil liability insurance. If a mistake happens, the client bears no financial loss.
How large is your team?+
